AN OBSESSION BECOMES A BUSINESS..

In 2022 with very little resources, an unexpected opportunity arose to help out a friend and offer some slices at their craft beer brewery pop-up in Brighton.

After a couple of months, I invested in a branded gazebo and a couple of Ooni ovens, which then allowed us to start popping-up regularly at various breweries and taprooms throughout Sussex. As we continued with these pop-ups, we began catering for small wedding celebrations, birthday parties and work events.

Fast forward to March 2024, we received our newly converted Rice horse box, which opened up a whole new realm of possibilities, enabling us to cater for a lots of private events over the summer months.
