How did we get here?

In 2022 with very little resources, an unexpected opportunity arose to help out a friend and sell some slices at their brewery pop-up in Brighton.

After doing a couple of these pop-ups and getting some great feedback, I invested in a gazebo and a couple of Ooni pizza ovens then start popping-up regularly at various breweries and taprooms throughout Sussex. After continuing to press on with these public events, we began getting enquiries to cater for small wedding celebrations, birthday parties and work events.

Fast forward to 2024 and we received our newly converted Rice horse box. The enquiries for private events continued to come in and with that, didn’t do a huge amount of public events and pop-ups.

For 2025, we’re continuing in the same fashion and booking up our calendar for this summer and beyond. We’ll also be back doing more public events and pop-ups which we’re very much looking forward to!
